Eligible for Return (within 14 days of delivery)

- - Product must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original condition
  - Original invoice/order number required

Non-Returnable

- - Any food/honey item with broken or opened packaging
  - Items damaged due to customer mishandling

How to Return

- 1. Email info@naturelic.pk within 14 days with order number, reason, and photos
  2. Wait for our return approval & instructions
  3. Send the item back (customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged/wrong)

- - Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive & approve the return
  - Money returned to original payment method
  - Original shipping fee is non-refundable

Damaged / Wrong Item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos → Customer has to send our Given Website Address + full refund
