If your order is already placed, the quickest route is to track it with your order number and email. For changes to a delivery address, contact us before the order is packed.

What to include

If your message is about an order, quoting the order number gets it answered in one reply rather than three. For anything about a specific product, the name of the jar and the batch date printed on the lid tell us which harvest you have.

Response times

We answer within one working day, Monday to Saturday. Messages sent on Sunday or a public holiday are picked up the next working morning.
