Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Standard nationwide delivery is Rs 250. Orders over Rs 5,000 are delivered free.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days across Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, then go to checkout and enter your delivery details. You do not need an account, though creating one lets you track orders and save addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order at any point before it has been packed.
Payment
How can I pay?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Additional payment methods will be added in future.
Products
How should I store honey?
Keep honey in a sealed jar at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not needed. Raw honey may crystallise over time; this is normal and does not indicate a problem. Warming the jar gently in warm water will return it to a liquid state.
Why does the colour and taste vary between batches?
Our honey is single-origin and unblended, so its colour, aroma and flavour reflect the flowers and season it came from. Variation between harvests is expected.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact customer care to arrange a return. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
