This privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

This is a working draft and must be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch. It describes what the platform actually does, but it is not legal advice and has not been checked against Pakistani data-protection requirements.

What this privacy policy covers

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed password. We record which pages you view on this site in order to understand what is useful.

What we do not collect

We do not store card details. Orders are currently cash on delivery, so no payment instrument is ever handled by this site.

Why we hold it

To take payment on delivery, deliver your order, answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional updates.

Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier delivering your order. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for accounting purposes. You can ask us to close your account and remove your personal details at any time.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, or write to us to request a copy or deletion of your data. Contact details are on the contact page.
