Delivery, Refunds and Returns

This returns policy sets out how we deliver, refund and replace an order.

Delivery across Pakistan

We ship nationwide. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days, and 1–3 days for Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery is Rs 250, and free on orders over Rs 5,000.

Cash on delivery

Every order can be paid in cash when it arrives. Nothing is charged when you place the order. Please have the exact total ready for the courier.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued when your parcel is dispatched. Follow it any time on the order tracking page.

Returns policy

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For food-safety reasons opened jars cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact customer care to arrange a return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will send a replacement or refund in full, including delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer within 7 working days of the returned goods reaching us.
